Shipping policy
Delivery times
We process and ship orders within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the selected shipping method:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link within 15 minutes. If you can’t find the order confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder.

Order tracking
All of our orders are shipped with a tracking number. You can track your parcel by clicking the link received by email or by accessing your customer account.
Delivery delays and issues
In case of an unusual delay, please check your tracking information and contact our customer support if needed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control (strikes, severe weather, customs, etc.).
Incorrect shipping address
Please carefully verify the shipping address before placing your order. In case of an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@nivalisorigins.com. If the parcel has already been shipped, we will not be able to change the address.
Lost or damaged parcel
If you do not receive your parcel within the indicated timeframes or if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days after delivery at support@nivalisorigins.com and include photos.
Returned to sender
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it from the carrier, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment at your expense.
